JOB DESCRIPTION
£1,000 / month Travel & Expenses | £60 / month Health & Wellness Budget
The National Bar Culture & Training Ambassador will come to the role with a proven a strong background in developing and delivering brand lead training and engagement sessions to all levels of front of house staff and management across all sectors of the On Premise.
You will hold excellent relationships with key decision makers of the most prestigious bars in London, and across the UK. Ideally with experience of multiple sectors from neighbourhood bars, 5* hotels, multiple operators and restaurants.
Charismatic and well respected within the industry, the UK Training Ambassador will both nurture existing relationships and build new ones, having a natural ability to build advocacy for the brand within the on trade.
Able to work well within a team, you will collaborate with the brand Sales team who will be on hand to aid in distribution and menu feature growth, as well as the Global Bartending team, who will support in all required functions.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
KPIS
Nurture and maintain relationships with the key decision makers and stakeholders from the Uks largest on trade operators, as well as within the brands business unit.
Develop and lead inspiring and inspirational training sessions for managerial and
front of house teams of all levels and at scale.Be the face of the brand at key high profile industry events and trade shows throughout the year, including London Cocktail Week and Royal Ascot.
Lead the creation and management of in-depth quarterly trends and quality control data from multiple facias across large UK on trade operators, to create fully comprehensive insight reports that will help inform the wider Brand Ambassador strategy and training requirements going forward.
Working closely with the Global Bartending team to implement creative advocacy strategies based on current on-trade insights.
Actively support and be supported by the brands sales team to convert joint business plans and training sessions into strategic growth across your key and target customers.
Work closely with the Global Bartending Social Media Team, providing them with organic content and attending photoshoots as required for content to be produced and posted on your social media channels.
Write monthly and quarterly key account reports, including a breakdown of all key account comms, activations and meetings, sales conversion and new distribution and menu feature wins.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 5 year experience in the bar industry and an expert in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks – Previous Brand Ambassador experience favourable.
Well networked with great bar manager and key decision maker contacts in the UK’s most prestigious bars and multiple operators.
Amazing communication skills, naturally charismatic and confident delivering inspiring training sessions at scale and hosting events.
Adapt and proficient with all Microsoft Office programs.
A self-starter, able to work independently and proactively
Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
Creative by nature, with a strong work ethic, whilst being able to work within a structured environment and meet deadlines.
