Please note these face masks are intended to purely provide a physical barrier. Therefore, we cannot guarantee they will protect you and those around you from CV-19 however, in accordance with government advice, we suggest you wear a mask in public places and on any form of public transport.
The face covers should not be used:
In any surgical setting or where significant exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids may be expected.
In a clinical setting were the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high.
In the presence of high intensity heat or flammable gases.
The Drinks Trust makes no warranties, either express or implied that the face cover prevents infection or the transmission of viruses or diseases.

We hope that you are happy with your order, however if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund if returned within the specified date form the seller. For most products, you have 28 days to notify the seller if you want to return or exchange the item, but please contact the individual seller for accurate details. Any product must be sent back to the same seller the item was purchased from and NOT to Global Bartending Ltd.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep your invoice email and order number for reference.
If your item is personalised
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable such as:
Anything that is made to your specific requirements, is personalised, or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element.
To avoid disappointment, please check with your sellers policy as to whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering.
How to cancel or exchange your order
Contact the seller to let them know that you wish to cancel your order or return or exchange a product by contacting the seller directly. Their contact details will be on their online shop. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered (but not personalised products).
Note: Please don’t destroy or throw away any product and where relevant the external packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to the Partner and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.
