World First Bartender Talent Agency Launches
Global Bartending Talent Agency will be a pivotal platform for the bartending community leveraging expertise around the world
The World’s first dedicated Talent Agency launches for the most influential bartenders on the planet. Global Bartending is the brainchild of ex Diageo World Class Manager Dan Dove, which boasts the most diverse selection of talent from across the globe. The platform will connect drinks professionals with luxury brands, consumers and each other.
The talent featured within the platform will offer services including, cocktail and menu innovation, liquid research and development, competition judging, TV presenting, social media campaigns and much more. The agency is the first of its kind in the industry with detailed profile pages for all talent allowing the client a clear insight into the skill sets and attributes of each individual allowing them to make better business decisions.
Industry talent has been difficult to value over the years with little consistency from both consumers and luxury brands offering sporadic day rates. Global Bartending aims to solve this issue and focus on project costs with a much deeper understanding of the full campaign, meaning the talent can add true value to the client. The talent agency will provide a seamless service of booking management, contract negotiations and payments. The streamlined process will eliminate confusion, providing legal contracts and detailed scopes of work to ensure clarity on expectations, maximising return on investment and ensuring all parties involved are secure.
Dan Dove has over 20 years of industry experience in the luxury drinks sector and will continue to provide consultancy for both events and on-trade strategies. He comments; “Global bartending will play a massive role for trade, consumers and bartenders. In the current climate and the difficulties that the hospitality industry are facing today, Global Bartending will open doors to talent allowing them to explore new paths in their career using their skill sets they have learnt over the years, bringing them new and exciting opportunities.”
The talent across Global Bartending includes an array of world renowned bartenders and owners to TV personalities from across the globe.
Hannah and Siobhan, behind London Cocktail Week comment; “The drinks trade has evolved so much in the last few years and with proper representation and professionalism – there is an opportunity for bartenders to begin to reach the notoriety of top chefs – as they rightly deserve to. We think Global Bartending will become the industry go-to and provide a benchmark for those searching for talent across the world.”
Matt Wiley adds; “Global bartending will play a massive role for trade, consumer and bartender. It’s vital within the industry to place people in the right creative and working spaces and Dan and the team are incredible at this.”
Sustainability runs through the heart of Global Bartending, it champions Human Rights, diversity and fair business practices across all platforms, creating opportunity, by broadening the pool of supplier expertise, perspectives and capabilities. In addition, the platform looks at every part of the supply chain to work towards eliminating single use plastics, the most efficient and carbon friendly transportation and zero waste, where it looks to donate remaining ingredients from events to local care homes and schools.
Global Bartending Talent Agency is considered a hub of excellence for drinks professionals, the bespoke services are individually tailored to each client, with professionalism at the very core of the business. As part of their specialist services they also provide consultancy for both events and drink brand strategies.
