THE BRIEF
To design, create, execute and operate the high-profile House of Suntory 100th anniversary event partnering with Keanu Reeves and film director Sofia Coppola.
OUR SOLUTION
Global Bartending designed, built, executed and operated this luxury 100 person Chef Bar, complete with the installation a bespoke Japanese rainforest garden and a 12k floor to ceiling projection visual show. The unique dining experience was held at The Londoner Hotel, with bespoke and personalised menu booklets, paired signature drinks and whisky flights, with the night culminating in a private viewing of Suntory Anniversary film, directed by Sofia Coppola.
