THE BRIEF

To ideate, produce, execute and operate a multi-venue experiential event to launch Highland Park 54 with celebrity chef, James Cochran.

OUR SOLUTION

Global Bartending sourced the central venue in London’s Docklands for the fully immersive event which commenced on a fully styled riverboat cruise, to mark the launch of Highland Park 54. The Docklands venue was transformed with over 200 flora and fauna native to The Isle of Orkney, with a foraging experience followed by a paired dinner, whisky tasting and personalised gifts for every guest receiving their own Old Fashioned made with their chosen Orkney botanical syrup.
