ABOUT DAVID

David Rios is a multi-award winning bartender with over 20 years experience in the industry, winning the coveted Diageo Reserve World Class Best Bartender in the World Award in 2013.

In recent years, David has participated in a number of high profile events, both as the official Mixologist for the Latin Grammys and having created the official cocktails for the Ryder Cup.

David created cocktails for the Gastro Symphony Project, with the world renowned tenor and chef, Juan Diego Florez and Joan Roca, at The United Nations in Switzerland for Human Rights Day.

David was also involved in the official launch of Haig Club Whisky in Spain with David Beckham.

He dedicates much of his time to sharing his knowledge, expertise and experience through seminars, training courses and Cocktail Master Classes around the world and gives motivational talks to up and coming professionals.

An experienced cocktail and hospitality consultant, David advises distilleries developing new brands and regularly acts as an international cocktail judge and judge of The World’s Best Bars.
