In recent months, when those within the industry have had very challenging times, The Drinks Trust has shown exceptional support. The decision to raise money for this charity is one that The Global Bartending Talent Agency, Declan and his team are all personally invested in.

Dan Dove, Founder of Global Bartending Talent Agency comments; “Our event yesterday was a celebration of not only my close friends and colleagues but also the industry as a whole. We produced the monumental event as The Last Dance to bring the industry together. In light of the latest Tier 2 measures announced yesterday, it is now more important than ever to remember, and recognise, the resilience and talent at the heart of hospitality. Thanks to all of our partners, sponsors and individuals who were able to make The Last Dance one to remember.”

Declan McGurk comments; “This event has shown what a resilient body and magnetic industry hospitality is. This event was called The Last Dance, but it may actually be the first.”

CEO of The Drinks Trust, Rob Carter comments; “We are incredibly thankful to Declan Mcgurk, Global Bartending Talent Agency and anyone involved in the organisation of The Last Dance with Declan & Co. and for their support of The Drinks Trust’s work. The impact of fundraising initiatives on the lives of our colleagues and friends in the drinks and hospitality community is significant and it will enable The Drinks Trust to provide more help to those in need of our care in these very challenging times”
