Pritesh specialises in showcasing innovative ingredients to create exciting cocktail flavour combinations – whether it’s Nori Seaweed in a Margarita or Chickpea water in a Whiskey Sour!
Pritesh launched World of Zing in 2014 to bring exciting moments of mixology and cocktail innovation to a wider audience. Operating from one of Europe’s most advanced cocktail labs (in South East London) – including Molecular Mixology and Cocktail Ageing facilities – World of Zing’s cocktails are crafted in small batches using the finest spirits, handmade liqueurs and bespoke bitters.
The Zing team is now responsible for designing and producing cocktails for some of the UK’s most prestigious venues, including The Langham Hotel, The Belmond British Pullman and Doyle Collection Hotels.
